Cornerstone Solar Industries West specializes in providing the sale or lease of the first portable mobile SOLAR generator on the market today. CSIWest can provide specialized generators in the following areas: Concerts, special events and festivals. Our SOLAR generators are specialized for sound and lighting applications, as well as providing a "Quiet" alternative where typical generator noise can be an issue. We can also provide emergency backup power in a wide range of capacities. There is no location that we cannot provide a viable, natural power source.

HOW IT WORKS

Design & Integration

 

The Sun's Rays are absorbed by the GreenTow Solar Array. The Solar Array can be adjusted by the flip of a switch in order to maximize the Sun's exposure. Each high efficiency panel absorbs the Sun's rays and that energy to the batteries for storage.



All GreenTow Trailers come with a bank of batteries that power your needs whether the sun is shining or not. These high capacity deep cycle batteries store the energy collected from the solar panels. GreenTow utilizes the highest quality of battery on the market allowing for thousands of recharges without major loss of storage capacity. Green Tow trailers can be equipped with up to 6 banks of batteries.



With the batteries storing huge amounts of energy in DC current, we now need to convert that power into an AC current for everyday use. GreenTow uses only the best true sine wave inverter on the market, the SMA Sunny Island. The inverter is the brains of the operation controlling the flow of stored energy from the batteries to the plugs on the control panel. The inverter constantly monitors the batteries to insure optimum performance.



Our power panel gives users the ability to utilize AC 120 v, 240 v, 3 phase and even 12 volt DC. The power panel is located behind a lockable door keeping your plugs and cords out of the weather. Breaker switches are easily accessible for safety and convenience.

GreenTow trailers are outfitted with a custom heavy duty diesel Isuzu generator. The generator acts as a back up if your power storage gets too low. For example, if the inverter finds that your batteries are below 30% charge, it will automatically start the generator for you and direct the energy from the generator to your batteries in a safe manner until they are fully charged. Once the batteries are charged the inverter will automatically shut off your generator.

Our Design team will provide a system that will suit your needs from 25%-100% of SOLAR electricity based on our evaluation of your usage, combined with the SOLAR radiance factor of your location in relationship to hours of Sunlight generated in your specific location on the planet.

Our entire staff will provide excellent service before, during, and long after the installation is complete. Our attention to detail and complete "System Monitoring" will enable our company to closely monitor the performance of your system to ensure it's providing the most efficient power output required. Each system come with a minimum 10-year warranty on the inverters, and a 20-year warranty on the SOLAR modules.

How We Work

Customer service commitment and System Integration:

• Customer Care: Our service begins from our initial conversation to when we can schedule a convenient time to have one of our energy consultants meet at your site and discuss your new energy options. We also provide all of the required paperwork and applications required for all of your permits, rebates, and utility arrangements with your local power company.
• Home Energy Audit: Our energy consultant will provide a complete "Home Energy Audit" which will provide an accurate calculation and a clear projection of how your new SOLAR electric system will integrate into your site and how it will contribute to a reduction in your energy bill.
• System Design: Our system designer will evaluate your current energy needs compared to your future needs and provide a comprehensive analysis of what system will be right for your site. Our systems are designed to comply with current electrical and structural calculations to ensure our product will produce the correct amount of energy throughout the life of the system.
• Installation & Construction: Once we have acquired the correct permits, we then assign a specific installation team to manage, build, and pass all necessary inspections. Our Licensed installation team works within a very specific set of guidelines to ensure quality control, as well as a system that works within the aesthetic of your particular site.
• Maintenance: We offer optional maintenance contracts that we can schedule annual or quarterly to clean and check all of the electrical connections. We will also offer a complete report on the system output based on current site conditions, as well as anything new that may affect your system.
